Clean the chingudi/prawns properly with running water.
Add 1 teaspoon salt, turmeric powder.Rub on the prawn's. Keep aside at least for 15 minutes.
Place a fry pan and add mustard oil and once the oil is heated add few numbers of prawn's fish (put fish according to your fry pan size. Please don't crowd the pan.)
Fry on both sides till dark golden brown color appears (about 4-5 minutes each side).
Remove and fry the remaining prawn's in the same way
Serve hot with onions rings/slices, lemon,garlic and green chilli.
